NutriNeph Calc
Dietary recall, nutrient totals and a note to copy.
Your dietary note
0 entriesUse B:, L: or S: for meals. Separate foods with a new line, comma, “and”, &, + or semicolon. Add amounts when known; preparation details stay with the food.
How recognition works
Common foods and portions match as you type. Coffee defaults to brewed black; bacon to regular pork, pan-fried; eggs to large; whole fruit to medium. Defaults are shown and can be changed. Milk type, yogurt type, missing amounts and unclear measures still need a choice. There is no separate review step. Amounts and sizes work in either order: “1 large egg” or “1 egg large”. Unresolved foods stay out of totals.
A tablespoon is 15 mL; a teaspoon is 5 mL. Weights refer to the edible portion. Use the selected cooked or raw food profile; no cooking-yield adjustment is applied.
For mixed dishes, choose an appropriate CNF dish or list known ingredients on separate lines. Do not enter both the dish and its ingredients. Generic dish profiles are estimates.
Recognized foods
Ready when you areCommon foods are included automatically. Answer only the missing details; use Change to correct a match.

Intake summary
Totals appear as food portions are resolved.
Phosphorus source information
Food descriptions are not complete ingredient lists. A named phosphate ingredient can identify an inorganic source, but CNF does not quantify its contribution. An unflagged food is not confirmed additive-free.
Phosphorus and food additives — National Kidney FoundationEstimates for the recorded intake. Missing data is never treated as zero. No daily targets are applied.
